Mari'Brigette Swierkowski - Owner / Agent
Growing up the daughter of two agents, Mari has been involved in insurance her whole life. After attending The University of Texas at San Antonio and Texas A & M University, she moved home after a family illness to help her family run the agency. Following in her mother's footsteps, she soon became Agency Manager and soon after a C.I.S.R and licensed agent. When her father announced he was ready to cut back, Mari saw a wonderful opportunity to continue doing what she loved, and purchased the business from him. In 2011 she moved the Agency to Brenham, Texas, where she had been living with her husband and two children, and has continued to operate from that location, serving all of Texas. Mari and her husband Matt have also been active real estate investors. When not in the office, Mari enjoys traveling with her family, gardening, and volunteering at her children's school.
Matt Swierkowski - Accounting, CSR
Matt began his career several years ago, joining his father-in-law's agency in 2004 in Houston. He worked alongside his in-laws learning the ins and outs of insurance, continuing on to the "behind the scenes" part of it - learning the accounting, marketing, and office operations sides of the business. In 2011 he continued on as a partner with his wife in her new venture. Matt is still a "behind-the-scenes" guy making sure the office is running smoothly on a daily basis. In his free time, Matt enjoys building furniture and woodworking, remodeling and improving his rental properties, working on his family farm, gardening, and traveling with his wife and two children.
John (Jack) Duffy - Agent
Jack has been serving the insurance industry for over 50 years. Starting out as a claims adjuster after attending the University of Houston, he moved his way up to an agent before starting his own agency in 1966, which his wife joined in 1971, followed by his children. After serving the Houston area for over 45 years Jack decided to slow down, selling the business to his daughter. He has continued on since 2011 as a full time agent, often still visiting clients and inspecting properties. Jack has been an avid real estate investor in Houston for the past 40 years, helping him know the ins and outs of what a real estate investor truly needs to insure. When not working, Jack keeps busy with his four grandchildren. He also enjoys spending his weekends farming or on a tractor.
